Hey everyone, Quick summary of my journey so far:
I Started in January with testosterone E, gradually increasing to 400mg/8 days (200mg every 4 days). During the summer, it was 400mg of testosterone E along with 400mg of EQ. Now, I've dropped EQ and I'm bridging with 400mg/8 days of testosterone E.

I'm not aiming to compete, just looking to add around 4 or 5kg of lean muscle to my current 84kg weight at 10% body fat, maybe even bringing it down to 8%. Essentially, I want a clean bulk to shape up. Considering trying tren E for this.

For a first-time try, I'm thinking of 250/300mg/8 days, split into two doses every 4 days, and bumping up the Testosterone to 500/8 days. Wondering if this dosage is good enough or too low, and if it's worth it or a waste of time and money. I'll be keeping an eye on my cholesterol, prolactin, and clotting factors. Planning not to use tren for more than 7 weeks in a row.
