I've been working on getting my life back on track for a few months now, but I still have a long way to go. I don't want to waste time cycling between fat loss and bulking phases, so I'm considering ways to accelerate my progress without compromising my health. After extensive research, I've found that Anavar might be suitable for a single 4-week cycle. The doses I'm thinking of are 10mg twice a day depending, combining it with training and cardio every other day. I'm currently at 102.9kg, and my goal is not to become huge but to get back in decent shape. I've had concerns about testosterone production shutdown, testicular shrinkage, and hair loss in the past, but I believe Anavar might have fewer side effects. I've done some blood tests, and my testosterone levels are within the normal range (17 on the test, with a range of 8 to 27 being considered normal ). I'm also in the process of getting a comprehensive testosterone test done. However, I'm unsure if Anavar will have any negative effects on me due to my obesity

Great to see your effort and hardwork!! And Before considering Anavar, be cautious. explore natural fat loss methods and strength training to achieve sustainable results without risking testosterone issues or hair loss.

You definitely want to take testosterone alongside that anavar. This would prevent you from shutting down and keep your testosterone levels up.

I personally wouldnt advise running anavar at all. Especially on its own. No way. I wouldnt run any orals without testosterone ever. I would probably lean towards maybe clenbuterol and ephedrine and t3z. Appetite suppressants and fat burners are the way to go until you loose some weight. Hope that helps
