Hey guys, looking for some advice from those of you who've been down this road before. As some of you may know, I'm getting back into the gym after taking a few years off. Problem is, my schedule is WAY busier now than it was back then. between work, family, coaching my son's soccer team, and other commitments, it seems impossible to take out consistent gym time. But I know if I don't make it a priority, I'll keep finding excuses to put it off.
