Best cryptos to invest in for long term hold?

For such a lengthy term, Bitcoin seems like the go-to choice. Everything else tends to go through cycles and end up back at low points.
Yep, it's wise to grasp how markets operate, then buy low and sell high as they fluctuate. Right now, BTC, ETH, and SOL seem like solid choices for the current and upcoming cycles. BTC and ETH are the safest bets at the moment, with an ETH ETF in the pipeline. Some other good options could be FIL, LINK, and GRT since they offer solid infrastructure investments.
I suggest checking out HBAR, particularly the Hedera network. There's a lot happening there. Besides that, Bitcoin is a solid option. I can't speak for other coins as I'm not familiar enough with them.
Altcoins, even the promising ones, have struggled to maintain gains after a couple of cycles. I don't have complete faith in any coin to definitely succeed 20 years from now, except for BTC and ETH. Still, unforeseen events could occur, and their value might not increase significantly from where they stand today.
