Hey! I've been wondering about the best pre-workout meals to maximize muscle gain. What do you guys usually eat before hitting the gym? Any personal favorites or recommendations?

I usually go for a combo of complex carbs and lean protein about 1-2 hours before my workout. Oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder works wonders for me!
