Calories per set

Hey there, I'm curious about something interesting: I'm into really intense workouts, often doing around 50-75 sets, many of them with lighter weights for higher reps. I'd like to figure out how many calories I'm burning on average per set during these workouts. Any insights?

Consider using fitness trackers , apps or heart rate monitors for a more accurate estimate of calorie burns, also don't forget to listen to your body's signals

For calorie burning estimates, I'd say around 5 calories burned per set is a decent baseline when doing higher rep work with lighter weights. Make sure to stay hydrated with all that volume. And for faster muscle gain to show through when cutting, a low dose of test, tren, var or winstrol could help preserve muscle mass while at a calorie deficit. Just be very careful with anything suppressive like tren without PCT support.
