For the past three weeks, I've been doing 20-minute cardio workouts on a stepper after my workouts while taking 60mcg of clenbuterol. It's really changed my body quickly, but now I'm starting to feel tired from the cardio and I think the clenbuterol might be catching up.

I'm considering taking a break from cardio for a week or two, and stopping the clenbuterol during that time. I'll still be eating in a way that keeps me in a calorie deficit, so I don't think I'll gain fat during this break.

If you're feeling excessively tired, try sticking to your regular calorie intake for 1-2 days to bring your energy levels back down. Keep your exercise routine and fat-burning supplements unchanged.

During this period, increase your carb intake by eating a bit more of the usual carb-rich foods you have in your diet. Make sure these extra calories come from your planned meals, not random snacks or off-plan foods.
