Could This Sudden Ringing Mean I’m Losing My Hearing for Good?

Out of nowhere last week, I started hearing a high-pitched ringing in both ears. It’s constant—day and night—and sometimes it feels like my ears are under pressure. I’ve been reading about tinnitus causes like noise-induced hearing loss, ototoxic drugs, and even conditions like Meniere’s disease. The more I read, the more I’m terrified that this could be permanent or a warning sign of something worse.

Someone in another thread mentioned Audifort, a hearing health supplement with Ginkgo Biloba, magnesium, and B vitamins for ear support. I’m not usually into supplements, but at this point, I’m ready to try anything to avoid long-term hearing loss. Has anyone here used it and seen results? This constant noise is driving me insane, and I need answers fast.
