I've owned crypto for three years, but my knowledge is limited. I've been buying on Coinbase without much understanding. I want to learn about creating my own wallet, making transfers, and more. Are there any low-risk crypto projects or currencies I can experiment with? I prefer something tangible and safe, not just YouTube videos. Any suggestions?

You could try out Ethereum's testnet (Sepolia) with Metamask or Ropsten. There are many free faucets for Sepolia ETH.

Litecoin and Dogecoin are similar to Bitcoin technically and have relatively low fees. If you want to learn about wallets and transactions without spending much and staying close to Bitcoin, you might find them interesting to check out.
