I'm new to cycling (taking 300mg of testosterone) and thinking about adding some Turinabol (maybe 30-50mg) to improve my sports performance. Do I need to take it every day or just on the days I work out?
Turinabol has a short half-life of only 16 hours. It's best to have it in your system when you train to get the full benefits and then out of your system on rest days. I recommend taking 30mg four times a week on training days.
