Make balls using oats, peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. Then, store them in the fridge or freezer.

Rice with tofu and peanut butter sauce is always popular. Another option is a bulking shake made with whole milk, peanut butter, oats, half a can of beans, hemp seeds, protein powder, etc. Drinking your calories can be much easier. Also, consider eggs. Make an omelette and add plenty of cheese.
