I've been dealing with anxiety for a while now, and I think it's finally time to reach out for professional support. I’ve been searching online for therapists for anxiety near me, but I’m finding it a bit overwhelming with so many options.
I’m looking for someone who understands anxiety disorders and offers a warm, non-judgmental approach. Ideally, I’d prefer in-person sessions, but I’m open to virtual therapy if the therapist comes highly recommended.
If anyone here has had a good experience with a local therapist (or even a great telehealth one), I’d love to hear your thoughts! What helped you the most in your sessions? And how did you go about choosing the right person?
