im 31yo, been lifting for 12years .
184cm tall and 105KG right now (48cm biceps cold)
( not as lean as I was 10kg ago) but way stronger since Ive been on a clean bulk and training mainly for strenght / armwrestling on side
I already have some nice numbers such as 50kg dumbell incline chest for 20 reps, 50kg dumbell shoulderpress for 10 reps, and max out pretty much every machine for reps at my current gym. Lowerbody I only train for maintenance since I have already thick legs genetics and not much time to train them because of armwrestling .
I take supps such as o3,multi,vit-c,magnesium,whey and creatine. Basic always work.
In terms of drugs I only took ostarine and anavar low dosage a few months ago with some decent results.
Right now my plan is to do a full blood test including Test levels to see where Im at.
My plan is to do a 12 week test only cycle as 1st cycle- 300mg/Week test E. (some guys recommended me 500mg but I will try to do as much as I can from low dosage first) keep it conversative style.
I wonder what my gains would be in terms on getting a bit more muscular and leaner, but mainly strenght and explosiveness.
Im afraid I have to change gym soon as The weights here are getting pretty small ( max dumbell here 50kg which I already max them out for chest,shoulders,rows,etc).
