It’s supposed to be plant-based and includes ingredients like GABA, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, tart cherry, and a small dose of melatonin.
What I like is that it claims to help calm the mind instead of forcing sleep. My issue is mostly overthinking at night, so something that supports relaxation sounds ideal. I’m also looking for something that won’t leave me foggy in the morning.
