I suggest doing cardio and taking supplements like relora, l-theanine, magnesium glycinate, inositol, and GH secretagogues such as mk677, Ghrp6, etc. These interventions should help significantly.
Based on my experience, DSIP and Epithalon improve my sleep, but they don't knock me out or help me fall asleep like a sedative would. For that, you probably need to consult your doctor.
