Are there others here who struggle with insomnia? I think it's affecting my weight loss. I haven't had a good night's sleep in months. Lately, I've been getting about 3-4 hours a night, but I wake up several times. It's really getting to me. Last night, I took melatonin and fell asleep at 8 pm, but still woke up at 11, 12, and then got up for the day at 3 am. I'm following the Weight Watchers program correctly, but I'm only losing half a pound a week. Some days, I'm so tired I want to cry.

Losing half a pound a week is still good progress, so don't be too hard on yourself. Not sleeping well can really mess with your hunger cues and your overall health, both physically and emotionally. I've seen how tough it can be to deal with severe insomnia, and I'm rooting for you. Have you talked to a doctor or sleep specialist about your insomnia?
