Are there others here who struggle with insomnia? I think it's affecting my weight loss. I haven't had a good night's sleep in months. Lately, I've been getting about 3-4 hours a night, but I wake up several times. It's really getting to me. Last night, I took melatonin and fell asleep at 8 pm, but still woke up at 11, 12, and then got up for the day at 3 am. I'm following the Weight Watchers program correctly, but I'm only losing half a pound a week. Some days, I'm so tired I want to cry.
