I am 18 years old and am not interested in taking HGH for the anabolic properties, but for its health benefits. I would like to take a low, therapeutic dosage.
I have 2 nagging injuries that are preventing me from training the way I want too. One is an ankle sprain from over a year ago which locks my ankle mobility and gives me a bunch of pain. The other is a lower back tweak from squatting, it goes away and comes back consistently and prevents me from deadlifting; which used to be one of my favorite movements. Those are the main reasons I want to take HGH and I wanted to ask if theses are valid or if there are any other peptides that would work better. I also heard that if your growth plates aren't closed it can make you taller; I don't know if this is true, but if it is that's another plus.
