Leg hypertrophy?

I’m a newbie to this Forum but I’m not so much a bodybuilder. I wanted to get huge legs to match my strength with rowing and I’ve had trouble growing them Obviously yes they have grown but I want to make big jumps. I am a 20-year-old male 83 5”8. Any leg workouts that could really hit my quads and how often I should do it? Or Any nutrition tips for bulking?
