Lifting routine

I'm currently on a TRT test base and recently finished an 8-week Var cycle, which helped me gain muscle and strength. However, since coming off it, my strength has decreased, although my muscle hasn't changed much. Is this normal? I'm thinking of adjusting my lifting routine by lowering the weight, increasing reps, and changing up my sets for the time being until after Christmas. What do others usually do to help with this?

It's typical to experience some changes in strength and muscle size over time. If you used to lift 150 pounds for 8-10 reps and now find yourself lifting 130 pounds for 6-8 reps with similar effort, that's alright. Your body might go through adjustments, and it's okay if things feel a bit different. Keep pushing yourself as much as you can!

It's common to see a slight dip in strength because of things like losing water in the muscles, but it's nothing to stress over. The muscle you've gained will stick around. If you plan to start another training cycle after Christmas, consider sticking to a 'maintenance' workout routine. This will give you a chance to take it easy and enjoy the holidays. By doing this, you'll be well-rested and ready to make some serious gains when you dive back into intense training.

I just completed a 12-week cycle of testosterone cypionate and had my last shot on Thursday. When should I start taking clomid and nolvadex, and at what weekly dosage?
