I've just finished a cutting phase and I'm gearing up for a cruise, but I need some guidance. I've gained muscle, which is great, but I still have some unwanted fat. I'm considering using var (Var is short for a specific supplement) to finish off my blast at a 20-30mg dose for about 4 weeks. Some folks suggest using primo or even low doses of deca alongside test during a cruise. I'm also thinking about combining clen with var towards the end of the blast. I appreciate the advice I've seen on this site; it's been really helpful.
