Need help gaining weight

Hi, I'm a 17-year-old guy, 5’6 tall, and weigh 103 lbs. I do track and hit the gym. I have 2 Boost+ drinks daily to get more calories. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I'm not sure if I'm eating enough. Can anyone suggest meals to help me gain weight? Any advice would be appreciated!

Consider chocolate milk—it tastes great and has a good nutrient balance. Drinking calories is easier than eating them. Sodas and juice can also boost your calorie intake, but I think chocolate milk is better because it's possibly nutritious.

Get rid of the energy drinks. That ain't doing u no good. Peanut butter, eggs, olive oil, Avocado and cheese along with ur meats for extra calories.
