I'm currently seeing a specialist hip physical therapist because I have impingement. The therapist observed that my adductors are very weak and stiff. I'm actively working on improving them, but I'm curious if injecting BPC or TB500 directly into the adductor areas could be beneficial. Additionally, I'm considering GHK or MGF. Any thoughts on whether these peptides could help with joint and muscle flexibility?

BPC and TB 500 have a global presence. It's advisable not to inject them into already affected areas. Opt instead for injections into the abdominal fat.
