I've been powerlifting for a while but recently switched to more hypertrophy-focused training. I've tried various powerlifting programs like the conjugate method, Jamal Browner's programs, and some rounds of Smolov and Smolov Jr. I did the JPG bodybuilding program, but I'm looking for a new hypertrophy-focused program. I'm tired of compound and free weight lifts and prefer working with machines or dumbbells. I don't mind a "bro split" either. My legs are more developed than proportional, especially lacking in calves. I want to focus on arms, delts, and back. Any program suggestions?
