I like to see how people keep themselves motivated in training and daily life. For me, keeping organized and planning ahead really helps. Sometimes I even make small “project lists” for personal things like home improvements or small tasks. For example, I recently worked on a project at home and needed to calculate materials carefully, like waterproofing takeoff for my roof. It was interesting to see how planning and measuring correctly makes everything easier, even outside of gym or training routines.
