Decided to finally get serious about tracking my macros. just downloaded Myfitnesspal to start counting calories and weighing out portions more accurately. Hoping this helps with making some gains after a long time. Any other good suggestions for tracking?

Assess macros weekly, not daily. adjust intake up or down slightly each week as needed based on scale trends.
