What really made a difference for me was adding hydrolyzed collagen with vitamin C into my routine—helped noticeably with my knees during heavy lifts. I also grabbed some cissus and type II collagen caps from secrets.shop after a buddy recommended it, and I’ve been feeling way less stiffness lately. Fish oil’s been a staple too, but I think the combo with cissus really leveled things up for my joints.
