I'm 59 and back to cycling after a two-year break, and my gym routine hasn't been consistent. I've been on 500 MG of test for four weeks now. Is that too much to start with? I used to stack 500 MG of deca with it and saw great results. Any thoughts on this? I'm not too worried about the 500 test since I'll be turning 60 next year. I'm planning a 20-week cycle, using the deca stack for about 12-14 weeks, then lowering the test to 200 for a couple of months to assess how I'm doing.
