Hello everyone! I’m considering trying Yu Sleep after seeing several people mention it online. I want something natural to help with falling asleep and staying asleep because my sleep schedule has been all over the place lately.
Yu Sleep seems to focus on supporting the body’s natural rhythms rather than forcing sleep, which is exactly what I’m looking for. The ingredient list is pretty impressive: GABA, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, tart cherry, and a low dose of melatonin.

I’m curious if anyone has personal experience with it. Did you notice improvements in overall sleep quality? Less tossing and turning? Better mornings?
I’d love to know if it really helps or if it’s just another supplement that sounds good on paper but doesn’t deliver. Honest feedback would be amazing—trying to decide if I should order it or keep looking.
