Hey! I'm considering transitioning to a more plant-based diet. Any recommendations for high-quality plant-based protein sources, and how do they compare to traditional animal-based proteins in terms of muscle building?

I've been plant-based for a while now, and pea protein, tofu, and lentils are staples for me. They're comparable to animal-based proteins, especially when combined strategically to ensure you get all essential amino acids.
