I've been off my second cycle for around two months now. Blood tests show everything's back to normal, and I've completed my post-cycle therapy properly. Managed to keep a good chunk of the gains, which I'm happy about. Now, I'm really eager to start another cycle. How long do most people usually wait between cycles?

I believe that when you're going through PCT, taking longer breaks is important. The constant cycle of being on a regimen, then PCT, followed by restoring natural functions, and back to another cycle can be quite overwhelming.

In general, I think breaks should at least be long enough to reach normal physiological levels and ensure that bloodwork looks good. Ideally, they should be extended enough to lower the intensity of diet and exercise before starting a new cycle. But honestly, very few people handle being either on or off a cycle well to start with.
