Hey everyone, I’m gearing up to start a new cycle after taking a break for about 4-5 months. During that time, life got in the way, and I couldn’t hit the gym, so I’m a bit out of shape. My main goal is to slim down.

Since you've been off for a while, I would suggest starting with a lower test base, like 200mg/week, to slowly ramp things back up.Lift heavy 4-5x per week but lower volume to aid quick recovery at first as you get back in the swing of things. You've got this!
