What's the optimal way to utilize IGF for enhancing its effects?

There are various methods known for boosting IGF levels such as using trenbolone, Lantus Insulin, or the popular combination of HGH and Insulin.
If someone's already using HGH and insulin post-workout, along with insulin again pre-workout, when's the best time to integrate IGF into the regimen?

My current routine involves using HGH intramuscularly post-workout, followed by IGF 20 minutes later, and then Humalog insulin 10 minutes after that. Is this the most effective approach, or should I consider incorporating IGF pre-workout? And if so, should it be before or after Humalog?

I'm trying to figure out the best strategy to optimize my protocol and would appreciate any guidance or insights.
