Why don’t we see immunogenicity with Gh?

Hey everyone, I had a chat with a healthcare professional who mentioned that certain medications, particularly those based on peptides, can sometimes lead to an immune response that causes autoimmune reactions after prolonged use. I was wondering why we don't often hear about autoimmune reactions to growth hormone, even though it's used regularly and in high doses. Could it have something to do with the difference between the 192 and 191 amino acid count in GH?

I haven't researched this thoroughly, but it's not immediately clear to me why we don't observe an immune reaction from external GH.

Many individuals commonly experience discomfort in their hands, feet, and joints, along with more general aches and stiffness. I've never delved into whether this relates to an IgE response or a broader inflammatory reaction like CRP. However, it's widespread enough to suggest a bodily reaction to exposure.
