Winstrol and T3 cycle help!

Hey everyone, I've got a limited set of options on hand, so I'm hoping for advice specific to what I have available.
I've got Winstrol in liquid form and T3 in oral form. I'd really appreciate any guidance on how to use these.

I wouldn't consider starting a cycle without using Testosterone as a base. I understand if this isn't what you were hoping to hear.
