Working Sets

I want to increase my growth, and I think food is essential for that. However, the usual 10-12 reps routine doesn't seem effective for me. How do you make the most of working sets in your workout routine? There are various methods, and I'd like to know how you utilize them.

I usually do one set of heavier weights, aiming for 6-8 reps until I can’t do more, and then one lighter set, aiming for 10-15 reps until I reach muscle fatigue. The key is pushing to your limit and focusing on really working the muscles. I avoid doing lots of different exercises with multiple sets for the same muscles.
