He, I recently stumbled upon the concept of protein pacing for muscle growth. Has anyone incorporated it into their routine?

I see it's been a while since this was discussed, but I'm curious—has anyone tried adjusting their protein pacing based on training intensity? I've been experimenting with slightly higher protein intake on heavy training days and keeping it lower on rest days. Not sure if it's just placebo, but I feel like my recovery is better. Anyone else noticed something similar, or do you stick to the same intake every day?

Spacing protein intake throughout the day has made a big difference for me, especially in maintaining energy levels and muscle recovery. I used to cram most of my protein into dinner, but spreading it out has kept me feeling stronger. I also focus on protein sources that are easy to digest. Coach UK has some solid recommendations on protein timing, which helped me fine-tune my approach for better results.
