He, I recently stumbled upon the concept of protein pacing for muscle growth. Has anyone incorporated it into their routine?

I see it's been a while since this was discussed, but I'm curious—has anyone tried adjusting their protein pacing based on training intensity? I've been experimenting with slightly higher protein intake on heavy training days and keeping it lower on rest days. Not sure if it's just placebo, but I feel like my recovery is better. Anyone else noticed something similar, or do you stick to the same intake every day?

Protein pacing worked great for me during cutting. Spacing out protein evenly helped with muscle retention and energy levels. I also noticed fewer cravings compared to irregular protein intake.
