Accutane to prevent acne on cycle?

Is it a good idea to use Accutane during a steroid cycle to prevent acne? Last time, I used 500mg of testosterone and var, but still got bad breakouts despite taking AI. I ended up taking Accutane (40 mg/day) for about a month, which cleared it up. Now, for my next cycle (200mg test prop + 100mg tren ace), I'm considering using Accutane (20-40 mg/day) to prevent acne. I'll also be taking liver support supplements like tucda. Will this help? Thanks.

I do have Accutane on hand, but it really kills my appetite and probably puts a strain on my liver

Have you tried using creams like benzoyl peroxide and establishing a good skincare routine before considering accutane?
