I'm considering using GHK-CU to help with my gastritis recovery since it's known to repair the stomach and intestinal linings. From what I've read, the average dose is 2-3mg per day. It's suggested to split this into two doses due to its half-life. I'm unsure about how much copper actually enters the blood at this dose, and I'm also wondering about the right amount of zinc to balance it out. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Currently exploring a combination of 50mg GHK-CU, 10mg BPC-157, and 2ml BAC, which equates to 3mg GHK-Cu and 600mcg BPC-157, along with 30mg of zinc every night. This regimen is primarily for skin care with the added benefit of helping with IBS issues. Planning a 90-day cycle followed by a 30-day off-cycle.

Yes, Ghk cu has proven effective in enhancing hair growth for individuals combating hair loss, including male-pattern baldness. This amino acid is already a common ingredient in existing treatments like Minoxidil and may potentially be incorporated into other products in the future.

Mixing GHK-Cu with BPC157 and TB500 can help alleviate reactions. I use a combination of 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC157, and 10mg TB500 with 3ml BAC. This mixture significantly reduces the sting and site reactions.
