Hey everyone, Looking for some inspiration and advice here. Has anyone successfully lost weight solely by changing their diet without incorporating exercise? I used to be 180lbs, but due to chronic back pain post-surgery, I can't engage in any physical activity beyond walking. Now, I'm at 260lbs. Any success stories or advice to share? Thanks a bunch

I get. I faced a similar situation after a knee injury restricted my physical activity. I managed to shed 30 pounds through dietary changes alone. Focus on portion control, choose nutrient-dense foods, and stay consistent. It's a gradual process, but you'll see results.

I lost 25 pounds by adjusting my diet due to a medical condition limiting my exercise. Try incorporating more whole foods, veggies, and lean proteins. Also, be mindful of your calorie intake. Small changes can make a big difference over time. Best of luck on your journey!

After a hip injury, I couldn't work out, but I managed to drop 20 pounds by focusing on nutrition. Opt for healthier alternatives, control your portions, and stay hydrated. It takes time, but you'll see progress.

I lost 15 pounds by paying attention to what I ate. Try meal prepping and incorporating more fiber-rich foods. It's not just about the scale; focus on feeling healthier.
