I take creatine monohydrate for building muscles and magnesium citrate to help me sleep better. For hydration and recovery, I use electrolytes like Liquid IV or Drip Drop. If I can't get those, I mix coconut water, sea salt, baking soda, and lemon juice for a homemade electrolyte drink. Tart cherry juice has also been good for my sleep, but it's not always easy to find. And during my summer workouts, I find beet juice really helpful!
