Regular health check-ups are key. Bloodwork, liver function tests, the whole shebang. A healthy body is a more responsive one.

I focus on nutrition, ensuring a clean, balanced diet. Supplements play a role, but whole foods are irreplaceable.

I give blood every 12 weeks and get cupping every 2 months. And blood work at least 2 to 3 times a year.
