BPC-157+TB500 or PRP for chronic supraspinatus tendonosis & subacromial bursitis?

I've been dealing with a shoulder injury in my right shoulder for over 7 years now, and it's only been getting worse over time. I've tried a bunch of treatments like physical therapy, taking supplements, using slings, getting cortisone shots, and taking a lot of anti-inflammatory medications. But nothing seems to be working, and the sharp pain just won't go away.

I'm really frustrated and don't know what else to try. I've heard about treatments like BPC-157+TB500 and PRP therapy for chronic supraspinatus tendonosis and subacromial bursitis. Can anyone give me advice on which treatment might be better for my situation?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

PRP therapy didn't really make a difference for my shoulder, but I found that BPC157/TB500 combo and doing 5-day water fasts have been incredibly helpful.

For 7 years, I've been dealing with SI pain. About 3 weeks ago, I decided to try PRP therapy along with BPC-157, which I started a week prior, and then added TB-500 a few days after the PRP. I've been taking them for almost a month now, and I can honestly say it's the first time in 7 years that my pain feels "normal". I'm still in the healing process, but my advice is to consider PRP and add peptides to your treatment plan for the best results. I'm really glad I took this approach. After spending years and thousands of dollars trying to find a solution, PRP/peptides are the only things that have actually helped me.

In my own experience, PRP has been much more effective than peptides. If I were to choose, I'd opt for a couple of rounds of PRP.

I've had a similar injury, and despite BPC+TB-500 working well for other issues like a nerve injury and a surgical wound on my ankle, it unfortunately didn't help my shoulder. I had a broken bone in my ankle with a plate and screws, and a week later, I was at PT asking about my shoulder instead. So, I understand how intense the pain can be.

Is your pain mostly worse at night? For me, I'm okay during the day, but the nights are tough, especially if I've used my shoulder at all.
