Also, is there a specific meal or dish you wish you could enjoy while still meeting your Macros? I'm interested in learning about various people's Macros and their desired meals that fit within those limits.

My macros involve hitting my protein goal, and the fats and carbs can fall wherever they may, as long as they fit within my calorie limit. This means no particular foods are "off limits." So, I suppose the only thing I sometimes wish I could do is... eat more! 😋

I eat according to my hunger cues. Throughout history, humans have been eating without keeping track of their macros.

I've been sticking to a diet of 35% protein, 35% carbs, and 30% fat since January. I've managed to drop from 210 to 195 pounds. My goal is to reach 180 pounds again by summer. Currently, I'm consuming around 2000 calories per day.

I aim for about 3200 calories daily. My priority is hitting around 200 grams of protein, and then I fill up the remaining calories with a mix of carbs and fats of my choice. Right now, my diet is higher in fat because I'm eating plenty of eggs, avocados, nuts, and salmon.
