Cut or bulk"?

I need advice on whether to cut or bulk. Right now, I'm 230lbs and about 20% body fat, standing at 6ft2. My concern is that if I cut, I might end up looking too skinny without enough muscle. On the other hand, bulking might make me feel too soft. I've been away from the gym for a few years, and although I've dropped some weight recently, I'm starting to feel a bit lacking in muscle. It feels like I'm stuck in a loop between cutting and bulking, and I'm not making progress. Any help would be appreciated.

It's good to start by staying lean as it helps your body maintain its muscle better. When you're lean, your body tends to convert less into estrogen. Try aiming for less than 15% body fat. Some bodybuilders, especially those competing or modeling, set this as their highest limit. Consider using substances like hgh, metformin, or high-anabolic options like primo, anavar, tren, dhb, etc.

To cut fat without losing much muscle, reduce calories gradually. For instance, if you're eating 3000 calories a day, try dropping to 2800 for a week and monitor your weight. Then, decrease by another 100-200 calories in the following weeks. There are guides available online to help you determine how much weight to aim for each week.

The advantage of using certain substances is that they can help you maintain strength and preserve muscle while cutting fat.
