I've done several cycles in the past but haven't done much in the last few years. Now I'm looking to do a low-dose cycle and wondering which would be more beneficial: 15 weeks of 400mg test or 20 weeks of 300mg test. Any advice would be appreciated.
I've only done a few cycles, but I've noticed that my gains start to plateau or I get less benefit after about 16 weeks. If I were you, I'd increase the dose instead of extending the cycle length.
