Hey everyone, I'm new to considering DNP for my cut and I've been doing some research. I'm thinking of running 200mg per day for 2 weeks. I found out that some people use Benadryl or Claritin to stop allergic reactions soon after they happen.

There are users who mention taking DNP before their cycle and all the way through, using Benadryl or Claritin to prevent allergic reactions from happening in the first place.

Is it a good idea to use Benadryl or Claritin before starting a DNP cycle and throughout as a precaution?

It's a good idea to keep antihistamines handy. While you might be among the few who have a bad reaction, it's not something to expect for everyone. So, having them just in case is smart, but don't necessarily anticipate a bad reaction. Use them if needed.

During a DNP cycle, the main focus should be on staying properly hydrated. Also, consider something to tackle the expected tiredness.
