I've seen people wash their fruits and vegetables with baking soda and vinegar to remove pesticides, so I'm wondering if the same thing applies to frozen fruit?

In my country, it's recommended to heat up frozen fruit. I don't think you can wash off bacteria with water.

Avoid cleaning fruits with baking soda and vinegar. Mixing an acid and a base cancels each other out. Just use water for fresh fruit and no need to wash frozen.

It depends, in part, on the origin. I would be more cautious with frozen berries and fruits from China, for example, compared to the US or Western Europe. Sanitation is better in those countries, and regulations are tighter and more often followed. The water is also cleaner and safer.
