Does heating raw cacao destroy its health benefits?

I typically mix 20g of raw cacao with rolled oats in my crockpot to make oatmeal. I'm worried that I might be losing its nutritional value by cooking it at high temperatures. What's your opinion?

I prepare overnight oats and add raw cacao (along with chia seeds and Ceylon cinnamon). There's no heating involved.
