Exercises I can do at home

Hey everyone! I'm a 23-year-old female, weighing around 230 pounds. Due to the small and not-so-clean gyms in my area, I don't feel comfortable going alone. I have a treadmill at home and I've started walking on it for about 30 minutes every other day. I'd love to hear your recommendations for other exercises I can do at home. Thanks in advance!

Exercise bands are great if you're not in great shape and worry about getting hurt. They can help with standing balance and working out your core. Walking is also a good option.
